RBIJ’s American Workforce & Justice Summit
The American Workforce and Justice Summit (AWJ25) will take place in the spring of 2025.
Up to 250 business leaders, policy experts, and justice reformers will have the opportunity to network with like-minded peers at the Summit. We will discuss the impact of justice on the health and vibrancy of the American workforce, how corporate engagement on justice reform can build a stronger economy, and practical steps to deliver meaningful, measurable, and enduring change.
Building on the success of previous years, our vision for AWJ25 is to hold a plenary session to include a mix of keynotes, panels, and quick-fire sessions which we will frame around the drivers for fair chance hiring by examining specific policy areas, justice challenges, and practical steps for corporate engagement.
